I love Bliss Balls as the varieties are endless and you can play around with so many flavours.
- 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 4 – 5 fresh mejool dates (pitted) Can add more to make sweeter.
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pistachio’s
- 1 dessert spoon of cacao
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Blitz together dates and nuts until coarsely chopped.
Add in reaming ingredients and blitz again until your required texture. I did mine quite fine as to make sure all was chopped up well. If not forming in to balls you can add a little water or coconut oil into the mixture but I did not have any issues. You may want to just add in half the cranberries to start and then just at the end place in other half so that you have some plumper looking pieces in your bliss balls. Another lovely idea is to roll in coconut.
