BPA free.
Our current zip is plastic - we are testing alternatives to ensure they are as long lasting as our current product.
We use oxy-bleached Cotton and eco dyes in our printing process.
Vegan friendly.
Both the Cotton and lining are biodegradable at the end of the products long life.
Please cut out the zip and dispose of this separately.
Our Bread Bag is 30 x 40cm. Large enough to fit a sourdough loaf or a bread maker loaf.
It is the perfect size for frozen pastry sheet packs too!
How to use our Bread Bags
Yes. We recommend a warm machine wash, turn inside out, after use. Hang to dry.
The heat of a tumble drier may damage the lining so we do not recommend.
They last for years. Many customers have been using their bags for over 5 years.
We estimate our products last 1000+ uses.
Yes, our food safe lining helps to keep food fresher for longer.
Our Bread bags are great for bread and also a handy size for veggies. Storing heads of broccoli etc in our bags in the fridge will extend their life.
Try them for storing open packs of wraps or tortillas too.
Plus they are the perfect size for frozen pastry sheet packs.
We recommend placing bread in our Bread Bag, fold the bag over, and gently squeeze out any air, zip close.
All bread tends to go stale after a few days and we recommend slicing your bread and freezing it in our bag, ready to toast for another day.
We don't recommend storing bread in the fridge.
Our cloth products are handmade in India. We have been working with the same family run business since we started in 2007.
They employ only adult staff with fair pay and work conditions.
As our products are handmade there may be slight variations in the colour and size. These should not be considered as flaws.
