I’ve had some challenges in my life and I was given a journal similar to this one years ago, it transformed my life. It transformed me!

I developed this journal as I could not find one to gift a friend that I knew would benefit from resetting her mindset after a recent event.

Mostly it’s the little things that bring us joy, if we let them!

Nature, family, friends and strangers can enhance our life. Gratitude enhances our soul.

Things to know :

When you purchase your journal we will send it to you by email as a printable pdf file.

We have 2 designs :

* Illustrated

* Minimal

The illustrated version has drawings that can be coloured if you wish.

Both can be printed in black and white or colour.

To keep our journal as eco-friendly as possible we recommend you print it as a booklet - printing both sides of the paper as A5 size then fold it in half.

1. Download your book and save on your computer then open it as a pdf

2. Printing - a few options : 

a) Print as A4, the book has 26 pages - check the page size is A4

b) Print double sided as A4 - 13 sheets of paper - see pdf printing tip below - check the page size is A4

c) Print double sided as A5 - 7 sheets of paper - see pdf printing tip below - fold in half once printing completed.

* There are notes on how to do 2-sided printing once you select "booklet" on the pdf printing page.

You can print this in black and white or colour, it's up to you.

* If you have some 160 gsm paper this will make your journal sturdier and your colouring in less visible on other pages * 

Why a journal?

The act of writing engages the brain in a way that typing does not.

It gives you a moment in your day to reflect on the good things that are in your life, good things that happened in your day, how others were kind, how you were kind to others...

This is totally a personal choice but there is a science behind colouring.

It promotes mindfulness and can reduce stress, enhance your mood and boost concentration.

We recommend coloured pencils unless you are printing your journal on heavy paper - textas may seep through the pages.

When we repeat an action it becomes a habit. By taking some time each day to reflect on the good things, our brain becomes wired to do this again and each day it gets easier.

You can keep this going for as long as you like, maybe forever, but please give yourself the 30 days, it will be worth it!
