Shipping, Refunds & Returns


We aim to process orders daily and use Australia Post and Startrack who are commited to carbon neutral deliveries.
Our packaging is plastic free - either a recyclable card mailer, box or for small orders a recycled paper envelope. 
Please complete the product packaging question at checkout to avoid waste.
  • EXPRESS POST – Australia wide, $10 charge for orders under $100, free for orders over $100
  • HEAVY ORDERS - We send most of our orders with Australia Post but if the weight exceeds 500g we will use Startrack * if there is an Authority to Leave. Without this we may use Australia Post plastic satchels, which we hope you can recycle or reuse 
  • NEW ZEALAND - Sent using Australia Post's International Standard service, the above rates apply
  • OVERSEAS - Orders up to 500g we charge $20 for International Standard postage. We are unable to provide shipping times but will send you tracking information. If your order exceeds 500g or the current postage costs are prohibitive we will contact you asap and you will have the choice to contribute to the higher postage charge or cancel the order and receive a refund of monies paid to us
  • PICK UP - Available at our location in Mindarie, WA 6030 please contact us for a free shipping coupon code and we can discuss pick up options
  • GIFTS – We love it when orders are placed as gifts, we will not send the sales invoice to them, but can email it to you if you wish. Feel free to add a message in the checkouts comments box and we will handwrite it for you
  • GIFT VOUCHERS - We will email you or your recipient a voucher with a unique code they can use at checkout

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your 4MyEarth products however if you are not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days of delivery and under the below guidelines.

In the unlikely event that any of our products are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased Returns will only be accepted when we are notified by email with photos, within 14 days after receiving your order.  Email

  • Sale and Seconds items are not available for exchange or refunds unless the product has a fault that was not disclosed at purchase
  • If you have simply changed your mind, then you may return the item to us at your own cost and we will issue a store credit upon receipt of the item provided it has not been used, been in contact with any food and it is in its original packaging. Please wait for email confirmation from us before returning an item to us
  • Items purchased on gift cards, or received through our website as a gift from another person, may receive a store credit or exchange, not a refund
  • Returns, postage credit, refunds and store credits and exchanges are made at the sole discretion of 4MyEarth


Faulty items

Due to the nature of the printing process and that they are handmade, there may be some differences in colour and stitching consistency of our products and what may appear our website. These should not be considered as faults.

If any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact us.  If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement may be offered by us. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in approved circumstances.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt.

We reserve the right to inspect the product, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing 14 days to be sent to our Head Office in Perth, Western Australia.

All store credits or refunds for any return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
