Yes! They can be kept in the fridge or freezer AND heated in hot water or a microwave. Remove the lid to avoid steam build up, always stir the contents and test the temperature of the food before giving to a child.

Filling : Take the lid off and either spoon in or use a funnel.

Cleaning : Remove the lid and wash in warm water, using a bottle brush for the inside. Dishwasher top rack safe also (we recommend rinsing out first).
